STEPHANIE GRANT

Bath, Psychotherapist

"As your psychotherapist, I want to understand not just what you’re going through, but who you are beneath it all - What moves you, what holds you back, and how life feels from your perspective.”

Psychotherapy in Bath

Space to be heard. Time to make sense of things. Support that meets you where you are.

As a psychotherapist based in Bath, I offer a thoughtful and flexible approach, drawing on a range of therapeutic perspectives to support your individual path. No two people are the same, and I believe therapy should reflect that. Our sessions are a space where you can speak freely and feel truly listened to—with curiosity, care, and no pressure to be anything other than yourself.

Therapy can sometimes be challenging—uncovering old patterns, facing difficult emotions—but it can also be deeply affirming. My intention is to hold that space with you, supporting the process with warmth, honesty, and compassion.

At the heart of my work is a belief in the power of connection. So many people, in various ways, carry the weight of feeling alone in their experiences. Therapy offers the chance to feel seen, heard, and understood—perhaps for the first time. I want to explore that with you, together.

Building trust takes time. I won’t ask you to rush or to reveal more than you’re ready for. I’ll meet you wherever you are, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. Above all, I aim to offer a relationship that feels safe, steady, and grounded in respect.

While I continue to collaborate with other organisations, my private practice in Bath allows me to offer dedicated, one-to-one support. It’s a space where you can pause, reflect, and begin to reconnect—with yourself and your life—with support that’s both professional and deeply human.
